Ordering Policy

-Ordering Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Please review it for accuracy. If you notice any discrepancies, contact us immediately.

-Payment: We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards, Shop, PayPal, and other secure options. Payment will be processed at the time of order placement.

Shipping Policy

-Processing Time: All orders will be processed within 3 - 10 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

-Shipping Methods: We offer standard and international shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated a checkout based on your selected method and delivery location.

-Delivery Times: Domestic orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days after processing. International orders may take up to 2 - 5 weeks, depending on customs processing time.

-Reshipping Packages: If a package is sent back to us, we will message you to cover the cost of reshipping the package. If you do not want to cover the cost of shipping you will forfeit the package and shipping fees as returned packages are not an error on our part. In the case that we do agree on a refund for whatever reason, we'd need to physically receive the package with all items returned must be in their original condition before we process the refund. Items that show signs of wear or alteration will not be accepted. Once we do receive the package please allow 3-5 business days to process the refund.

-Lost/Delayed Packages: Please understand we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. We recommend reaching out to your local postal services and customs agency. Make sure someone is home/able to receive the package to limit the possibility of theft. We’re sorry for the inconvenience!

-International Orders: We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. Once a package is shipped there not not much we can do to track it down since the shipping process is out of our hands once your packages leave our doors. Sometimes USPS stops updating the tracking information once it leaves the U.S. The international shipping process can take extra time to make it through customs.
