Ordering Policy

-Ordering Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Please review it for accuracy. If you notice any discrepancies, contact us immediately.

-Payment: We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards, Shop, PayPal, and other secure options. Payment will be processed at the time of order placement.

Shipping Policy

-Processing Time: All orders will be processed within 3 - 10 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

-Shipping Methods: We offer shipping only in the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We will be expanding to international shipping in July - September of 2025. 

-Delivery Times: Domestic orders typically arrive within 5 to 14 business days after processing.

-Reshipping Packages: If a package is sent back to us, we will message you to cover the cost of reshipping the package. If you do not want to cover the cost of shipping you will forfeit the package and shipping fees as returned packages are not an error on our part. In the case that we do agree on a refund for whatever reason, we'd need to physically receive the package with all items returned must be in their original condition before we process the refund. Items that show signs of wear or alteration will not be accepted. Once we do receive the package please allow 3-5 business days to process the refund.

-Lost/Delayed Packages: Please understand we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. We recommend reaching out to your local postal services and customs agency. Make sure someone is home/able to receive the package to limit the possibility of theft. We’re sorry for the inconvenience!

-International Orders: We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. Once a package is shipped there not not much we can do to track it down since the shipping process is out of our hands once your packages leave our doors. Sometimes USPS stops updating the tracking information once it leaves the U.S. The international shipping process can take extra time to make it through customs. We recommend reaching out to your local postal services and customs agency. We’re sorry for the inconvenience.

Return Policy

-Return and Exchanged: All sales are final. We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. If you have any issues with your order, please contact our team at angelofthesundesign@gmail.com within 72 hours of receipt of the shipment of your Angel of the Sun order. We will do our best to help you.

-Cancellation/Refunds: We accept cancellation/refund only within 24 hours of purchase. Please send us an email with your order number included at angelofthesundesign@gmail.com and we can help you.

Designs and Materials:

-Materials: Every crystal is made naturally so sometimes you will see impurities just naturally. Carefully examine the photos I provide before purchasing because what you see is what you get. It is your responsibility to care for your jewelry properly once in your possession. These are genuine and natural gemstones & materials each item will be unique with variations in color, shape, and size of the gemstone. Each material is intuitively picked and unique which makes each jewelry piece that much more special.

-Size and Variation: At the time of your purchase, all listing descriptions and photographs are accurate and will reflect the item that you receive. I do sometimes make very minor design changes. Each product listing will lay out the most updated design details. Therefore the item in the listing may be slightly different than an item previously purchased.

Damaged or Missing Items: 

-Damage Claims: I am not responsible for any damaged or lost packages due to carriers mishandling. The package is shipped, it is out of my control what happens to the package. If your items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo for verification. Please contact us so our team can see how we can help you.
