Product Information
Q: What material do you use in your jewelry?
A: Our jewelry is crafted from premium quality materials, including sterling silver, gold-filled, copper components, ethically sourced gemstones, seashell, natural materials, and durable wire for our wire-wrapped designs. We prioritize quality to ensure that each piece lasts a lifetime.
Q: Can I customize my jewelry?
A: I’m not offering customization at this time, but that may change. Follow my social media accounts and keep updated on our most current offerings.
Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: Each product listing will state ring size and chain length. A sizing guide page will be available in the upcoming months.
Q: What is included in my package?
A: Each package will have what is stated in the product listing that is selected at check out. You’ll also find a gift and a dose of sweetness with each order.

Ordering
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Placing an order is simple! Browse our collection, select your desired item, and follow the prompts to complete your purchase at checkout.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options. Payment plans can be arranged using the ShopPay or PayPal feature at checkout. Your information is always protected through our secure payment gateway.

Shipping
Q: What are your shipping options?
A: We offer standard and international shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders take 3 - 10 business days to process before shipping, then it takes 5 to 7 days to deliver once shipped. If your order includes an item that is made to order please allow for an extra 5 business days. As soon as your order is sent to you you’ll receive an email from the shop with a tracking number.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Once your order is processed and you receive your tracking information, you can monitor the tracking information from there. Shipping usually takes around 5-7 business days.

Returns and Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. If you have any issues with your order, please contact our team at angelofthesundesign@gmail.com within 72 hours.
Q: Can you cancel your order?
A: We accept cancellations/refunds within 24 hours of purchase. Email us at angelofthesundesign@gmail.com. We will be happy to help you.
Q: I put in the wrong address. How do I change it?
A: Yes, we can change your address, please purchase the ***address change fee***. Please make sure to double-check your delivery address before checking out. I am not responsible for packages shipped back to me for insufficient addresses. If a package is returned to me, you will be asked to repay the shipping fee to ship it back to the correct address. If you notice the address is wrong after ordering, you have 24 hours to email me to correct the info before I print the label to be shipped. You must email us with your order number at angelofthesundesign@gmail.com after you order this so we can make the necessary changes to your order. We can not process the change of your address without a confirmation email from you. If we don’t receive your email, it will be fulfilled with the address supplied in the original order.
Q: My package was returned to the sender. How can I get the package sent back out?
A: If a package is sent back to us, we will message you to cover the cost of reshipping the package. Please contact us and purchase the reshipment fee within 72 hours of receiving our email. If you would like your package sent back out please purchase *** reshipment fee link here***. We are a small business, and shipping can be expensive. Errors in shipping are out of our hands and we give plenty of opportunities to change the address if it’s incorrect. If you decide not to pay for the reshipment or do not respond to our inquiry within 72 hours you will forfeit the order per our return policy. You will forfeit the package as returned packages are not an error on our part.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: We take great care in packaging our jewelry, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and we can see how we can help.

Q: How should I care for my jewelry?
A: To maintain the beauty of your jewelry, we recommend keeping it away from water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Store it in a cool, dry place. Removed when sleeping and working out. Clean using a dry soft cloth.
